Blue Chip Construction Owner and Operator Brady Schroeder graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from The Ohio State University in 2015. Brady and his brother Brock grew up in the construction and remodeling business. With over 12 years of experience they have specialized their skills in roofing.
Brady maintains a very hands-on role with the company, often personally partaking in the installation of the shingles or roofing system. We pride ourselves in being the best roofing contractor in the Lima, Ohio area. We hire the best roofers in the area and then Brady carefully checks each roofer’s work as he holds every job to the very highest standards.
Our Roof Replacement Team is made up of numerous career-long roofers and framers. Lance Crabtree (Head Forman) — former resident of Kenton and Alger, currently residing in Lima — has been with Blue Chip Construction for over 3 years. He has helped establish Blue Chip as one of the premier roofing contractors in the area.
Kandiss Fisher runs the office, answering phone calls, setting appointments, keeping records and books, filing contracts and warranties, cutting checks to material suppliers, pay roll allocation, scheduling, and countless managerial tasks. She is actively involved in companies focused on improving Lima.
