Blue Chip Construction has always offered a 10-year Warranty on all installation and workmanship. As of January 1, 2019 we offer a 15-year Iron Clad Warranty on the install of all IKO Dimensional Shingles. IKO also comes with a 30-year Limited Lifetime Warranty on the shingles themselves, including (discoloration, blow-off’s, unusual wear, pealing, ext.) Any and all issues will be responded to and taken care of in a timely manner.
